Sonicare UV Brush Head Sanitizer

The batteries of my Sonicare toothbrush no longer work

If the batteries of your Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush have died and will not recharge on your charger, there is only one solution.

Dispose your Philips Sonicare handle

If the brush fails to charge after leaving it on the charger for a full 24 hours, you may want to consult the support centre for troubleshooting help. If the problem persists, it may be time to dispose of your old toothbrush. To do so, please consult the Directions for Use or contact Philips Customer Care Centre directly.
