It might happen that the AquaClean filter is not well prepared. Follow these steps to see if the filter is installed correctly
- Remove and empty the water tank
- Remove the filter from the water tank.
- Immerse the filter upside down in cold water until it is completely filled with water (watch below video)
- Place back the filter and fill the water tank
- Dispense 2-3 cups of hot water followed by an espresso
Did this not solve the issue? Remove the filter from the water tank and try step 4 again. If you can complete step 4 without any trouble, the filter might be clogged and needs to be replaced. Please contact us for further help.
