Troubleshooting
I cannot close my Philips Garment steamer lid
Wrap the hose/cord properly
- Dock the steamer head in place
- Fold the steamer hose into 2, then wrap the hose in anti-clockwise direction
- Use the cord management feature on the side of the base to hold down the hose
- Repeat the same process with the power cord
Put the lid on
- The power plug should be near the handle of the steamer when coiled properly
- Align and close the cover at the top, broader end first, then close the bottom, sharper end of the cover
