How do I update the firmware of my Philips PicoPix 4835?

  1. Format a USB stick as FAT16 or FAT32 file system

  2. Copy the file of the latest firmware version to the root directory of the USB stick

  3. Insert the USB stick to the USB socket on the device

  4. Enter Settings menu by pressing the OK button

  5. Select Maintenance - Firmware upgrade and select YES

  6. After around 3 minutes, the firmware update will be completed and the device will restart

If an error occurs during the firmware update process, please try again or contact our customer service.

Important:

  • Connect the power adapter when applying a firmware update
  • Never remove the USB stick while the device is accessing it. This could cause data to be damaged or lost.
