My Philips portable player has no power

  • Make sure that the power adapter is properly connected with the wall outlet
  • Check if car adapter is connected correctly
  • The built-in battery is drained. Push the power slider to OFF and then connect the player with the power adapter (or car adapter) to charge the battery.
