My Philips NutriU App closed or crashed

If you find your NutriU App is crashing frequently, try the following options one by one:
If nothing from above worked, please reach out to your local Philips Customer Support.
- Close and restart the NutriU App.
- Ensure you installed the latest version of the NutriU App. Check for updates in your App Store.
- Restart your phone.
- Empty the cache of your phone (Settings / NutriU / Empty Cache)
- As last option you can remove and reinstall the NutriU App.
