    Why now

Maintaining MR systems uptime is essential to the delivery of effective and high-quality care.

    • To ensure MR systems can deliver the quality, efficiency, and uptime you need, critical parameters such as ‘chiller status’, ‘temperature of water supply’ and ‘gas’, ‘humidity’ - must be just right.
    • Achieving the ideal balance of these environmental factors is key to an optimal system performance.
    • Insight into these metrics and knowing when and how to respond if an issue arises is essential to maintaining uptime, improving efficiency, and reducing maintenance cost and effort.

    Privacy notice

It is strongly recommended that e-Alert be connected to the Philips supported email and SMS server on internet. If you like to control the information leaving your facility network, it is possible to disable the SMS alerts and configure email alerts to use SMTP mail server of the facility. In this case, alerts to Philips will also be controlled at the SMTP server, thus you will need to open a service case if an alert requires response from Philips.

To receive Philips e-Alert service, a Philips customer service agreement is pre-requisite along with additional requirement:
Philips e-Alert integrated software solution: MR systems with SW ≥3.2.3.3, ≥5.2.
Philips Philips e-Alert standalone hardware solution: power supply and network connection* to the e-Alert controller box.
If the healthcare Facility does not have stable internet connection, a GSM router can be configured to deliver the alerts. If the Healthcare Facility does not own a local email server an external Philips email (SMTP) server can be configured.

Please contact your local Philips service engineer or share feedback by using the 'contact' form, at the top of this page. We appreciate your feedback on Philips e-Alert.
