  • Subtitles are not supported in network playback – DLNA, VOD (video store) of Net TV

  • Ensure that the filename extension of the subtitle files is .srt, .smi, .sub, .ssa, or .txt

  • Ensure that your subtitle filename is the same as the DivX movie filename

  • Ensure that the subtitle file is in the same folder as the DivX movie file

  • Ensure that you have selected the correct character set

  • Press 'SETUP' on the remote control

  • Select 'Preference Setup', and then press 'OK'

  • Select 'DivX Subtitle', and then press 'OK'

  • Select a [Character Set], and then press 'OK'

  • If the full length of the subtitle is not displayed during the movie playback, this could be due to the subtitle text length exceeding the maximum limit for this set. Rename the subtitle to a shorter length when possible.

Note:

  • Subtitle languages other than those stated above will not be displayed when used
  • The availability of subtitle also depends on the region of your player; e.g Simplified Chinese will not be available in Europe region
