4100 40PFA4160S Full HD Slim LED TV

Picture & Sound still lack than others but the price is very affordable for 40" models

To my dismay, the sound quality of this product is far lacking compared to my 7 year old 32 inch LCD TV of your competitor. Lastly, the remote control requires more ergonomic approach.

Used it for 3 days.. Suddenly cannot switch on. Blank and the red light blinking twice.. not recommended.

Bought less than 4 months and encouter Black screen. Call support and required 2 weeks to arrange a technician to check due to outskirts. Technician visited today 04-August-18 and feedback that the black screen were caused by water damage. I can't ready understand why and how the TV can be cause by water damaged. Now the technician will write report to Phillips and have to wait for Phillips to call. Not sure it will take how many days or weeks again.
