I cannot remove the cooling disc of my Philips ice cream maker
The cooling disc has frozen onto the bottom and walls of the bowl.
Allow the cooling disc to defrost for a few hours until it comes loose from the bottom and walls of the bowl.
You can speed up this process by pouring some lukewarm water into the bowl.
