My Philips portable player has no power

  • Maybe it is caused by the power adaptor is not properly connected

    • Check to make sure the AC power adaptor is properly connected
  • There may be something wrong with the AC outlet

    • Check if there is power at the AC outlet by plugging in another appliance
  • The built-in battery is drained

    • Push the power selection to OFF position , then connect the AC power adaptor to recharge the player
  • The car adaptor may be connected inappropriately

    • Check the car adaptor connection. Make sure the output voltage of the car connection is 12V DC
