Data cable malfunction

I buy this phone brand new in box. When I first charging this phone, no power has come inside the phone. I try to use another cable and then the phone is charged. I dont have a time to visit Philips service center. Not just because of miles away but it also in pandemic time. The audio quality is not good at all too. Not so powerfull, I must set it to 80 percent so I can hear my music looks good.
