Easy to use. Doesn't take up much storage space. Only one problem though. I notice some white/grey/black sandlike substance in the hole when I remove the water container after use. I wonder what it is. It keeps coming back even after I wipe the hole dry.

This is an affordable garment steamer for household used.

I loves this product alot since purchase it last year. I used it once a week. However, recently it is causing my RCB to trip each time turns it on. I am very dissapointed that the life span only last for a year or less only.

during clothes steaming the handle gets warm but still bearable to continue.gloves used on the other hand to adjust or move the garment while steaming. missing clothes hanger although booklet shows has.please confirm whether you provided that.if don't have please don't put into booklet affordable prices for everyday use.

Product was sent for repair - replaced the heating bowl because it broke. Unfortunately, the same fault occurred recently again, but after the warranty period. Hope my new purchase of GC552/46 does not have the same problem.

Hi. Recently I purchased one unit of this steamer and I am very unhappy with it. Inside the user book they inform i should receive accessories (hanger and another item but no hanger in the box). I go back to the shop and ask, they informed i must go direct and complain to philips. how can you trouble your customer. Before print the user guideline book, check the item first. if not provide then dont show there. u make me disappointed.
