Does everything you would expect very well. Minor Criticism - Charging light too bright (lights the kitchen !) and comes on too often & for too long when the device has not even been used, is this costing me money ? I raised the above matter with Phillips & received a replacement device which is much better, I was so impressed with Phillips' response and consideration, that where appropriate, I will try to buy from Phillips in preference to other suppliers.

Product is a powerful tool and does what it says on the box. However, would like more compactness-as parts get scattered and misplaced. Especially with other food processing parts around. This is only a small gripe-otherwise, it is good value for money

This is a great cordless blender, well-made and more powerful than I'd anticipated. The attachments make it more versatile than many other cordless blenders that I'd researched and the stand ensures it sits neatly on the kitchen countertop.

I have had this hand blender for a few months and am pleased with it. I particularly like having a container in which to blend. Sometimes you just don't want to get out a huge blender for the smaller amounts. It's also easy to clean and store.

When our chopper broke after a few years (small plastic part who turns the knives), we found out it is not possible to replace it the part is not changeable. I wouldn't recommend buying this product, sorry.

I've had my deviced replaced two times already, as I thougt it was faulty. It wasn't. It's just that the hand blender has absolutely no power at all. It cannot chop onions, it has trouble going through a yoghurt + soft fruit (canned peach) combo, sometimes it even runs dry when there is just a little bit of honey in the container (!!!!). You have to pull down the switch to run it, which is horrible, given that you need to restart it constantly + the charging handle doesn't always recognise the device is put back. All in all, a solid 0/10.

This has been an excellent companion in our kitchen. But when the chopper lid broke after a few years, we found out it is not possible to replace it - the part is simply not available anywhere anymore. So, as of 2014, I wouldn't recommend buying this product anymore - it's too big a risk.
