I'm happy with this purchase. My beard type is fine to medium and I find that this trimmer works very well on my skin. I'm not having issues with this product. It's been a week so far. However, based on my experience at this point I would have known already if the trimmer was not going to work out for me. The battery also seems fine at this point. Has longevity.

I've been using this trimmer for maybe about 7 years now. I never changed the blades and they are still in amazing shape, the battery last enough for me to trim or stile my beard. The clean shaven look comes easier and surprisingly smooth, just like (if not better!) than using a razor blade. I recommend this product with eyes closed to everyone, even those men with the thickest beards!

I have used the Philipps StyleShaver QS6140/32 Pro for up to five years, and found it the best. Then suddenly it slipped from my hand and broke the head. I wanted to buy it again, i searched it every where, but did not find any where. I request Philips to manufacture the same product again, please

Had this device for over two years now and it still works. In terms of practicality, there is absolutely no better option for a frequent traveller like myself. What's missing is replacement parts: after two years the blades are getting really old, and I also had the device fall once, causing the failure of the beard-trim setting. What needs to come in a new version: - replacement blades for both shaver and beard trimmer - improved design preventing destruction of trimmer adjustment mechanism (or at least available replacement parts for repair) - better shaver head Sad to let go of current model after over two years and many thousands of miles of travel ... will try somewhat less practical but more advanced Braun product now.

I am really impressed with its performance big but lightweight design highly recommend

I have had many shavers and beard trimmers in my lifetime. (I am 72 yrs old) but this has to be the best. I trim my beard, then turn the shaver/trimmer around, and shave my cheeks and neck. this is the closest, smoothest shave ever. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new/replacement shaver/beard trimmer.

I have a full beard which I trim and I've always used regular razor and shaving cream to take care of neck and cheeks-some days I don't want to bother so the foil shaver works well enough (nothing beats a razor for closeness). The broad trimmer is perfect for trimming back and shaping and the detail trimmer works well on my moustache. My son used it during a visit and went right out and bought one, and I got my dad one after he saw it but couldn't find one in stores at home.

Never liked eletric razors until I had this one! Very durable, great battery life. Your search is over buy this one!!

Got this for my husband and he loves it. The only thing he would change would be the design of the cover on the foil shaver head end. Very hard to get off, always seems to get stuck or the whole shaver head comes off with the top!
