Simple but tough shaver. Easy to maintain. Wash and shake dry. Works very well with shave gel or foam. Can be used in the shower too. There is an water drainage hole in the bottom. Truly prevents nicks and cuts with its comfort blade system. Self sharpening blades; no need to take special care. Overall a well made shaver for daily use especially for those with sensitive skin. This is my second Philips electric shaver. I loved my first Philips electric shaver, AT756, which was a gift. My first Philips shaver lasted 4 years with daily usage, and is still going strong, but the charger is faulty. I used to shave with Schick and Gillette blades, not only do I get razor burn frequently when I shave against the grain, the replacement cartridges cost me a bomb. I can get a new Philips electric shaver every time i get 6 months worth of cartridge refills. Philips electric shavers allow me to have the closest shaves with zero nicks! The pop up trimmer is super handy for trimming my sideburns and body hair.
