Shaver series 3000Dry electric shaver

I have used a Philips shaver for many years and the time had come to replace it. I chose a new razor which was basically identical to my old one, i chose Phillips again because of the reliability and service that i had with the previous one. I was pleasantly surprised with the improvements over the old model:- Namely, the very much lower noise level and lighter weight and also the shorter charging time. Altogether a very good buy, i would always recommend Philips products.

I have had my Philips Philishave HQ6970 since 2011. I have used it daily. The blades were changed in 2014 .The charge light stopped coming on and the agent has replaced the rechargeable battery. I will keep this as a spare at the office and have now bought the Philips Acqua AT620 which is excellent as it can be used both wet and dry. The HQ6970 is very economical and lasts for a long time.

good quality shaver excellant value for money does all that is required of it would certainly recommend it

This shaver although not one of the most expensive of the Philips range delivers great performance.

This shaver performs better than any other shaver I have ever had. Wishing I had bought one sooner.

This is an efficient shaver at a reasonable price. It is easy to control in the hand due to its well designed shape. The head is easily removed for cleaning with the enclosed brush. The trimmer is also easy to use. When fully charged, the battery lasts as well as any shaver I have owned. I would be happy to give this 5 stars but feel replacement cutters are overpriced.

i have had no trouble at all with my shaver it last a long time between charges even now its a little old i think to get a better shave i would exspect to pay a much higher price its gret value for money i intend to buy another phillips when this one wears out but i think this will keep going for a long time im very pleased with it
