The brush comes with a little cover that slides over the bristles so it doesn't get dirty, I really like that! The head is nice and small and comfortable, not bulky and awkward as some spinning kinds might feel. This one does not spin, just vibrates. It feels to me like it helps get in all those little cracks so much better than a regular toothbrush and makes my gums feel extra clean!
