Best purchase in a long time, this is a neat little piece of kit which comes everywhere with us, even abroad. We use a memory stick with all our films on and watch whilst chilling by the pool with an ice cold beer at night in the Mediterranean :D. It has all the expansion slots you need, micro hdmi, and even wi-fi streaming which we use whilst at home. This makes a perfect present for anybody. Sound quality isnt the best but we just ordered a sound dock for travelling (sold seperately) which is another beautiful piece of kit, and truly amplifies the sound so much more... at home i hook it up with a 3.5mm jack to my 5.1 surround so no complaints there. Only real issue I had was with the firmware upgrade to fully support everything but that was taken care of my brilliant after sales support.

Traveling with work this projector has been fantastic, I take it on every trip and can watch movies directly from my laptop or iPad. Everyone is amazed at the quality of image from such a small unit. For best results hook up to a powered speaker and you have your own cinema in your hotel room. The PicoPix is truly a great product and a worthwhile investment for all movie lovers.

The lamp went and found it difficult to find a replacement. Expensive product for the the life. Also connectivity wasn’t very functional

I think this could be a great projector, BUT IT WILL NOT WORK WITH A MEMORY STICK. I have had long and frequent contact with the actual manufacturer, (XGem) but they cannot get it to work. Also some 2 hours with tech wizards, but no luck! It is on it's way back to you.

This item stop working two weeks after purchase, would charge, but would not boot-up under any circumstance. Have since returned to place of purchase for a full refund.
