The charger wire was hard not rubbery so it has now cracked all over the wire all brittle, need to get a new charger cable, other wise the machine has worked well over 6 years

I have a light beard and sensitive facial skin. This razor provides me a close shave without irritating my skin.

This electric razor is easy to use, shaves well and is easy to handle.

I have tried for years to get a shave as close as a wet shave from an electric/battery device. Until I bought this one I never thought it to be possible, now I know better. This shaver is quiet, comfortable to use and achieves excellent results in wet or dry modes. I prefer dry mode, it's more convenient. This truly is the best shaver I have ever owned. was bought for me by my wife 5 years ago for our 30 anniversary, i have not found anything wrong with the shaver at all. just had the red light come on to tell me to buy a replacement head, i would buy again if i needed to replace,i know they look expensive to buy but as proved will last you years,will never use a wet shave again

The closest shave I have had from any electirc shaver.

Product is of good design and the shaver is easy to use and clean however the shaver doe's give a resonable shave but is not so good for light hair on neck.The trim head is OK but not very effective.

I bought this shaver hoping, but not believing, that it would stop me having to wet and dry shave to achieve the perfect result. Even after a year or so of using this shaver every day, it remains as efficient as ever and I have never felt the need to pick up the foam and razor! Cleaning the shaver under the tap is easy, doesn't waste any time in the morning and recharging ... I have no other piece of equipment that recharges so quickly and holds its charge for so long!

Gives a fantastic shave without the bother of water etc. Very easy round the neck area which can be sensitive but not with the Philips. I now save several minutes each morning compared to the other brand I was using as the cutters just rub smoothly over the skin. Without a doubt this has been an excellent buy which I would go for again should the need arise in the future.
