This Bodygroom 5000 is the best grooming tool I have ever purchased. I have used it several times without needing to recharge yet! The back attachment is great for hard to reach places, but the the thing I love most about it is the absolutely pain free hair removal. No pulling or burning. Pain free! Thank you Philips!!!

It does everything that i need it to do. It shaves my hairs very smoothly and i love it. The shave also does not give me any bumps and i really appreciate that.

I've been very happy with this product. It shaves closely without nicking delicate areas, and has been good at deforesting my legs without leaving them bare. Makes things more comfortable on hot days!

I had a Philips BG version from 2-3 generations ago (BG 728), which was not bad, but batteries stopped charging. I bought the 5020 and the difference is huge. This trimmer is ergonomically light years ahead of the old one, fits in your hand much better, has much larger non-slip grip area and the head angle is ideal, compared to the old one. Seems to run at a greater speed as well, shaves closer. Included handle is a game-changer, finally allowing for self-shaving of one's back. Overall, a huge improvement of an already great previous product. Philips has a winner here. On the downside, it lack a pouch of some sort to put all parts, charger and trimmer in.

Have used the previous version of Series 7000 before for many years. The battery died so bought this. The battery life on it is good and lasts for considerable time. Also like the fact that the trimmer can be used in both directions. Comb sizes are good.
