Beuty...i've lost my remote control..can i buy this model remote control

I got mine last Monday December 18, 2017. So far I love the quality, the images are so crispy to my eyes. The speakers sounds good. The function offers are very useful like AV-in, HDMI etc. The manual buttons are installed at the back, maybe to avoid children play with the TV buttons.

Just got this unit last Nov. 25, 2017. It is my first time to try a Philips branded TV and Im hoping that I made a good decision on choosing this brand and wont regret anything.

This is my first time buying LCD TV. My old TV model is old one 24. My first impression after i receive the product is, "it is to big for my room" ..... now i had to adjust my chair positioning to make it far from the TV. Im not watching TV a lot and the purpose i buy this TV cause i for gaming and USB movie.

In all the product specs publised by resellers, it was clearly stated there is an audio digital out via co-axial but in reality it doesn't exist. i bought it on line through rakuten malaysia and delivery was within 24 hours but i was dissapointed because the main reason I bought it was for the digital audio out. The media player plays most videos through USB but is lacking in audio decoding, most of the movies play without sound. i have not tweaked the picture but out of the box the overall quality looks washed out for a small screen TV

it says software update but how to do that i have no idea so i gave 1 satar you have to slove to this problem please sloveeee

After using the device for not more than a year, discoloration on the screen became vissible as shown on the attachment.
