It is as claimed, less heat damage. At least I don't feel there is burned hair smell and hair damage when using it. Definitely a trustable product!

Easy and Safe to use

I like that this product is safe enough for my 12 year old to use with the assurance that with its Thermoshield technology and 2x ionic care, her hair remains soft and healthy. It is also easy to use as both straightener and curler that my girl can use it on her own. Definitely recommend this product for the whole family with either short or long hair.
